"Pretty much as frustrating as I expected"
I had a feeling this was going to be a pain to put together, it kind of proved me right. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the parts didn’t seem to line up the way they were supposed to. What should’ve been a simple project ended up taking way longer than expected, and by the end I was just annoyed and ready to be done with it.

"Just wasn’t reliable for me"
The order updates were pretty much nonexistent, and the delivery date just kept changing. I had to follow up with them more than once, which got annoying really quickly. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I just wouldn’t use habitathaven.com again...

"Not as good as it used to be"
I’m disappointed with this chair. I remember this brand/line feeling a lot sturdier before, but this one feels cheap and flimsy. After only two weeks, it already broke, which is frustrating. The quality just doesn’t seem like it used to be.

"Pretty good custom options"
I liked how many choices they had. It took me a bit of time to go through everything, but thats not a bad thing if you want something more customized

"My order was completely mixed up"
I ordered two lamps and a rug, but the box showed up with only one lamp and a bunch of random cushion covers I never asked for. Something feels off when an order is that wrong, and it’s even more frustrating because customer service took forever to respond and still hasn’t sorted it out. it was a annoying experience and I don’t think I’d trust ordering from them again.

"Didn’t really trust it for my cat"
I didn’t feel great about the cat safety side of this. The info was kind of vague, and I just wasn’t convinced my cat would be properly secure. Maybe other people are fine with it, but it didn’t give me enough peace of mind. I wouldn’t use it again.

"Install instructions were a headache"
Tried to follow the install guide and got stuck pretty much right away. Skipped a few steps, the pictures were way too small, and some of the screws didn’t even match what the instructions said. Had to guess more than I should’ve. Really frustrating for something that was supposed to be simple.

"Noticed quickly my dog wasn’t into it"
I bought this thinking my dog would be all over it, but after watching how he reacted, it was clear it wasn’t his thing. He sniffed it once, walked away, and then kept ignoring it every time I tried putting it near him. Usually if he likes something, there’s a pattern, he comes back to it, paws at it, or at least checks it out again later. None of that happened here. Kind of disappointing for the price

"Feels overpriced for what you get"
I don’t think this was worth the money. It feels way too pricey for what it is, and I was expecting more for the cost. Did anyone else feel the same way?

I was trying to get this sorted out quickly and sent a couple of messages, but customer service just never replied. It felt like I was being ignored, which was really frustrating when I was already in a rush.

"Didn’t make it past the first storm"
I wasn’t paying attention to every little detail at first, but after one rainy, windy night it was hard to miss the water getting through. By the second windy night, the seams had started ripping. I bought it expecting basic protection, but it fell apart way too fast.
